At GGCPlanners, we want you to absolutely love your purchase! But we also know that not every planner is the perfect fit (even though we believe ours might be 😉). 

Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and not written in.

Please note that:

• Sale items, flawed stock, and engraved/personalised products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• We do not currently offer free returns — customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs fees.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via our contact form here. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as it’s complete.
