Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We offer a 30 day planner addict guarantee. We know that not every planner works for everyone (although we believe our's will 😉) so we want you to be able to physically see the product and return it if needs be!  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, unused and not written in. Please note that sale items, flawed stock and engraved products are not eligible. Please note: We do not facilitate free returns at this time. Customers will be responsible for the cost of the shipping and customs fee when making a return. 

For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer support via our contact form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
