We completely understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel your order, we’re happy to help where possible.

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled or updated within 12 hours of being placed, as long as they have not yet been shipped or processed. If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form here or by emailing [email protected]. 

After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it. However, you’re welcome to return the item once it arrives — simply follow our [Return Policy] instructions to send it back for a refund.

Custom or Engraved Items

Please note that engraved or personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are made specifically for you.
