Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us sort it quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item you received (and the packaging if damaged)

Once we’ve reviewed your message, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your parcel so we can investigate. Occasionally, items may be shipped separately — if that’s the case, we’ll let you know right away.
