We ship internationally with UPS! This is our peak time of the year, so please allow for some extra time. The good news is that our planners are undated, so you can start straight away whenever you receive yours :)

• We process and fulfil orders within 3-5 business days.

For International orders, expect a shipping time of (once your item has been fulfilled):

• UK: 3-6 business Days
• Ireland: 1-3 business days
• EU: 3-8 business days
• Canada: 7-10 business days
• USA: 7-10 business days
• Australia: 7-10 business days
• New Zealand: Around 14 business days
• Rest of the World: 7-14 business days

We offer priority order processing at checkout if you need your order to be sent ASAP.

 We now also offer UPS Next Day delivery (1-2 business days, depending on when you place your order) to the UK and the USA. 

We also offer shipping insurance for extra protection on lost and damaged items to speed up the resolution and bypass long wait times for reshipment/refund. 

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year. 

Once orders have been shipped, we bear no responsibility for late deliveries; however, we will file for a missing package/other suitable actions where necessary if the order has not turned up within 30 working days from shipment

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside of the EU, including to the United States, may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and local taxes once your order arrives in your country. These charges are set by your customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to control or estimate these fees, and they are not included in your product price or shipping cost at checkout.

Any delays caused by customs are outside our control. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering if you are concerned about potential charges.

No Tracking Number is provided (if standard shipping is chosen) as this would increase the cost of shipping. If your item does not arrive between the indicated shipping period, contact us. All posts sent via standard shipping from Ireland: 'An Post'.

Preorder Shipping Policy
By placing a preorder with GGC Planners, you are purchasing an item before it is available for immediate dispatch. Preordering secures your item and ensures you’ll receive it once stock arrives.
Shipping Timeframe
 All preorder items will be dispatched approximately 4 weeks from the order date unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may vary slightly due to production or shipping delays outside of our control.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the full order will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
 You may cancel your preorder at any time before it has shipped by contacting our customer service team with your order number. Once a shipping confirmation email has been issued, the order can no longer be cancelled, amended, or refunded.
Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase, as changes to your order (such as product swaps or address updates) cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
In the unlikely event of a significant delay or production issue, customers will be contacted directly and offered an update or alternative resolution.
Shipping Confirmation
 You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
