Once your order has been shipped with UPS from our office in Ireland, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. If you can not locate your order number, please contact us via our contact form here.
Your tracking email will include a UPS tracking number, which you can use to follow your parcel all the way to your door. Depending on your location, UPS may hand over delivery to a local courier service in your country.

United States: UPS / USPS (local delivery)
Australia: UPS / Australia Post (local delivery)
Canada: UPS / Canada Post (local delivery)
European Union: UPS / local national postal courier
Please note that couriers sometimes:
Deliver parcels to a neighbour or safe location, or
Mark them as ready for collection at your local depot.
If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven’t received your order, please first check with neighbours or your local delivery office. If you still can’t locate your parcel, contact us via our contact form here, and we’ll look into it right away
