Why is my order being returned to sender?Updated a year ago

This can happen for a number of reasons such as incomplete/incorrect address, the parcel not being collected from your local post office on time, nobody at home at the time of delivery, multiple failed delivery attempts. 

If your order is being returned to us due to incomplete address such as an incorrect address/missing information and you wish for your order to be re-shipped, we kindly ask you to pay for the shipping fee again as the cost of resending your item is a lot for our small business.

Sometimes the postal courier will leave your parcel with a neighbour or mark it as ready for collection through the tracking link we provided at the time of shipping, but if you are still unable to locate your package then please reach out to use via our contact form here.
